If you are having trouble viewing the most current "Result's Page", you may need help clearing your Browser Cache. Cache is an important and useful folder on computer devices.
Cache helps speed up the Internet and apps on your devices, but at times may prevent current files from being displayed by your browser. Possible solutions below:
Android Phones and Devices
- Open the Settings app.
- Swipe down and tap on “Apps & Notifications”
- From the list of apps, tap on the one you want to clear the cache of. If your browser is Google Chrome, select Chrome.
- On the app’s Info screen, tap “Storage”.
- On the next screen you’ll see a button that says “Clear Cache”. Tap it to clear the individual app’s cache.
- Reopen the Results page and "Refresh"
I Phones and I Pads
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad and scroll down to Safari in the list.
- Scroll to the Privacy & Security section and tap the blue Clear History and Website Data option near the bottom of the menu. (Note that this setting might be grayed out if there's already no history to clear or if parental controls are set for websites.)
- Tap Clear History and Data in the popup pane to confirm.
- Reopen the Results page and "Refresh"
Google Chrome 8.0 and Higher
- Open Settings on your desktop or laptop.
- Select "more tools" and select "clear browser data" from submenu
- Under browser data select "basic" tab
- Check boxes "browser history" , and "cached images and files"
- Select "clear data"
- Reopen the Results page and "Refresh"
These methods should work for most commonly used devices and browser apps. It however does not cover every operating system or every browser app.
Hope this helps answer the many questions and inquiries you may have been asking of us.
